Our shipping is a combination of USPS and UPS. An email will be sent with your tracking and/or your email will be attached to the shipping order so you will receive live updates on the whereabouts of your shipping.

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. This is why we’ve made returns quick and easy. You have 14 days from the time you receive your online order to return (Jackets, Coats, Boots and Shoes or bigger items will be Final Sale). We simply ask that products be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please email [email protected] with RETURN in the email’s subject line. A return shipment label will be provided to you upon processing your return. Please Specify which items you are returning. Please note, the return shipment label cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. 

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments.
